Asphalt Sealing
Our company uses a high grade emulsified asphalt sealer that is environmentally friendly and provides a longer than normal wear life. Extensive prep work is done before application to ensure the asphalt has a good bonding surface.
Crack Filling
We use a direct fire hot rubberized crack sealer for major cracks. The material is heated to between 375 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit and is applied through a mechanical device known as a hot pot. This allows the crack to expand and contract without letting water penetrate to the sub grade.
Asphalt Patching
Have an unwanted pothole or puddling in an inconvenient area. We do asphalt patching and asphalt potholes.
